Following the earlier post of the 1974/5 debut cassette album by this group from Tain we are delighted to present a further set of thirteen tracks from their 1977 recording.

Two tracks, featuring local traditional musicians, recorded in Tain in 1983 while this fine American singer and guitarist was resident in the north of Scotland.

Continuing our theme of traditional music from north Highland musicians of the 1970s and 80s here are some tracks from an interesting but short-lived fusion band recorded around 1983.
Following on from last week’s batch of tracks from Highland folk band Gizzenbriggs, we now present recordings of the group Fuaran that followed in their wake. Recorded c. 1983.
